📦 Returns

Due to the nature of our logistics and fulfillment model, we do not accept returns of physical products at this time.


💰 Refunds

We offer refunds or partial refunds in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was received
  • Your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipping (outside of peak seasons or unforeseen delays)

📝 To request a refund:

Please contact our support team at contact.kristinapet@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and get back to you as quickly as possible.


❌ Non-refundable cases:

We do not offer refunds in these cases:

  • You entered an incorrect shipping address
  • You changed your mind after the product was shipped
  • The item does not meet personal expectations (e.g. size, color, style) unless it was described incorrectly on our site
