What is your return policy?

At this time, we do not accept physical returns due to the nature of our global fulfillment model.

However, we do offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order has not arrived within 30 business days from the shipment date

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo/video evidence of the issue.

We do not provide refunds for incorrect addresses, change of mind, or dissatisfaction based on personal preferences.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments securely via PayPal and major Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards.

Guest checkout is available—no PayPal account needed.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Once the order is processed, modifications may not be possible. Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you need to make an urgent change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help—but we can’t promise changes after processing begins.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on your location:

  • United States: 5–8 business days
  • Canada: 5–15 business days
  • Other International Locations: 7–15 business days

Order processing takes 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your package is shipped!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free shipping on all orders over $50.

For orders below $50, standard shipping rates apply based on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package every step of the way.
